How long will it take my supplies to arrive after placing an order?
After placing a supply order via the automated supply line or from our website, it should take approximately 2-3 business days from the day your order was processed for your products to arrive.If you place your order by 2:30pm, it will be processed and shipped out same-day via UPS. All orders placed after that time will be processed and shipped out the next business day. If you need same-day delivery, please call our Supply Department directly to request courier service for a nominal charge to your account.

How do I enter my meter read?
On the newer Canon models a counter check button is located on the top of the machine for easy access to your meter reads.
After pressing the counter check button you should see a screen in the following format:
You will see an odometer with numbers revealing your meter reading.
After you have found this information you may enter your meter read via fax, phone or online.If you need further assistance please call 540-949-7067 and someone will be glad to help you.
What do I do if my machine needs service?
You have four convenient options for placing a service call via fax, voice mail, online, or speaking with a trained dispatcher.
After placing a service call, when should my technician arrive?
As soon as your call has been received, it is immediately dispatched via cell phone to the factory trained technician who is geographically closest to your office, insuring the quickest response time in the industry. We have an four hour response time.
When are your P/M's due?
We do P/M's on a 90 day bases. Our computer system keeps track of the list. When your P/M is due the system will generate a list for our service tech's . If you need further assistance please call 540-949-7067.
