Who is Cornerstone Business Solutions?

Cornerstone Business Solutions is an authorized independant Canon dealer serving the Shenandoah Valley and Charlottesville. Cornerstone was derived from the existence of two very successful companies. First was P&M Office Supplies, which was in business in Waynesboro VA for more than 25 years. Second was Offix Image Smart of Northern Virginia who purchased P&M to obtain the License to sell Canon products in their area. Although Offix was successful in maintaining the existing client base they did not make an attempt to promote or grow the branch office.

Don Herring a native of the Crozet area in Western Albemarle County saw the need to provide the business of The Shenandoah Valley and Charlottesville with a true service oriented company. Mr. Herring fulfilled this need by purchasing the Waynesboro branch from Offix Image Smart and was licensed by Canon to become the Authorized Canon Dealer for the local market. Thus the emergence of Cornerstone Business Solutions. With over 25 years as a service director in the document reproduction industry Mr. Herring created Cornerstone Business Solutions with a service philosophy that his competitors have ignored. Simply stated "Give customers the service that they deserve."

It is common in the copier industry for a company to sell you a copier along with a service contract and only show up again when there is a problem.
